1 Introduction

Welcome to TWC888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and TWC888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the TWC888 website located at twc888.cam, including all associated sub-pages, features, games, betting services, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Platform" or "Services").

By completing the account registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account created by an individual Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total monetary funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive awarded by TWC888 to a Player under specific terms and conditions.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on TWC888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent) accessing the Platform in your personal capacity.

6. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
7. You are not, and have not been, designated as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) in circumstances that would render your participation contrary to applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. TWC888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings associated with them without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to promptly update your Account information if any such details change. TWC888 assumes no liability for losses or complications arising from inaccurate registration data provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify TWC888 support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

TWC888 is committed to operating in a transparent and compliant manner. As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming practices, we are required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before granting full Platform access.

5.1 Required Documentation

Players may be required to provide any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding 3 months);

5.2 Verification Timeframe

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

TWC888 supports a range of MYR-denominated and cryptocurrency payment channels for Malaysian players, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). All transactions are processed via SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

6.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Account cashier section. VIP Players may be subject to elevated limits in accordance with their tier benefits.

6.3 Processing Timeframes

6.4 Own Account Requirement

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the TWC888 Account. TWC888 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts held in a name other than the verified Account holder. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods will result in transaction reversal and may trigger an AML review.

6.5 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. TWC888 assumes no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by TWC888 are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. These Terms set out the general framework; promotion-specific pages may impose additional or more restrictive conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period; any unused bonus balance will expire automatically.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

TWC888 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offseting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, utilising multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, TWC888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend the relevant Account.

7.4 VIP Birthday and Referal Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are disbursed in accordance with the Player's VIP tier at the time of claim. Tier-based amounts are as follows: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and Elite VIP (MYR 2,688). Referral bonuses of MYR 38are credited to both the referring and referred party upon successful account registration and qualifying first deposit by the referred Player. Both bonus types are subject to standard wagering requirements.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on TWC888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, lottery, etc.). By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable rules.

8.1 Sports Betting

Odds for sports events — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, international football, UFC, and other markets — are set at the sole discretion of TWC888. TWC888 reserves the right to void bets placed in error (e.g., where odds were published erroneously due to a technical fault), suspend betting markets at any time, and settle bets in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies.

8.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by professionally trained dealers in licensed studio environments. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future results.

8.3 Malfunctions

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the TWC888 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corrupt betting activity;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Conducting, facilitating, or participating in money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any circumvention tool;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward TWC888 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the TWC888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of TWC888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Platform is the exclusive property of TWC888.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent of TWC888.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TWC888, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TWC888 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any information or content accessible through it.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. TWC888 does not guarantee that any Player will profit from their use of the Platform. Players participate entirely at their own risk. The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the preceding 30 days.

12 Suspension & Termination

TWC888 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider;
• At the Player's own request under a self-exclusion arrangement;
• Regulatory instruction or court order; or
• Closure of the relevant gaming product or service.

Upon termination for cause, TWC888 reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause or at the Player's request, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player.
